Message from our Managing Director

Actimax Plc are in a fortunate position in a rapidly changing market, to change our business model as the communication market has evolved. Our current model involves selling a converged infrastructure and then providing value added services, which increases our recurring revenue. This has resulted in our recurring revenue stream increasing by 31% in 2009 and our EBITDA increasing by 48%. We will continue with this model, as this provides customers good value for money and also enables our business to thrive in the current economic downturn.

I am particularly pleased with the successful Wimbledon implementation, which involved 250 SIP Trunks being used to provide 97,000 calls during the Championship and with the provision of a new WiFI system for The Restaurant Group. In addition to this, we have upgraded Lambeth Palace and provided The Salvation Army with a new Voice solution.

We are currently evaluating our new product strategy for 2010 to include an exciting FMC product together with new Wide Areas Networks, based around MPLS and improvements in a number of hosted services, such as Call Management, Alarm Monitoring and Fraud Detection. All of these areas should provide similar growth in 2010.

We are separately looking to acquire maintenance bases or maintenance customers to add to our existing portfolio of customers.
